EVALUATION CRITERIA
Each participant will be given 10 minutes to present their invention/innovation/design in English or Bahasa Malaysia for the two (2) appointed judges.

The participants are advised to be ready at the respective booth at all times during the evaluation session.
​
Judges are appointed by the Secretariat to perform the evaluation of the invention/innovation/design based on the predetermined criteria as below :
Overall impression of the invention: (35%)
1. Novelty
2. Creativity
3. Reflects the competition theme

Usefulness: (20%)
1. Optimal solution to a problem
2. Contribution to society
​
Presentation of the invention: (20%)
1. Poster & oral presentation
2. Booth design & display
​
Commercial Potential: (30%)
1. Target market
2. Competitiveness
